FINALLY! After mnay years of trying, different programs, exercising and pushing injuries, various nutrition and diet ideas, I FOUND THIS!Any scepticism melted as I saw my weight drop, blood pressure come down, energy and agility replaced lethargy and pain, and so, 7 weeks in and pending a weigh-in tomorrow, I hope to see myself 35 lbs lighter, on my way to my goal! I appreciate the holistic approach of the protocol and the monitoring. I really am eating better than before and still losing, and I do recommend this to so many who are stuck eating carbohydrates and just fruitlessly dreaming of slimming down!
