I began the program on the 1st of the year. By the end of January I had lost 15 pounds. Twenty weeks later I had lost a total of 67.8 pounds. It is now Sept. 6 and the total is 78.4 pounds. I have been on Maintenance for about 3 months and have continued to drop pounds. I am off all of my blood pressure meds and Prilosec. I have about ten more pounds to reach my goal of 170. Last time I weighed 170? try 30 years ago when I was a Junior in high school. Stick with the program and you will be successful. Couldn't be happier!
