We have been taking cars to Randy for over a year and always agreed to get a call before work was done and always got that call. The last few times we did not get a call telling us exactly what was wrong or an estimate amount. It's nice to have that call incase you need to make a decision to keep the car or not with an older vehicle. The work was already done before we got the call. Not sure if we will be going back.
