My experience with Center Termite was beyond excellent. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. One of the terrific things about them is that everybody you deal with, from the people on the phone to the inspector who comes to do the estimate to the technicians, are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I initially got a number of estimates and decided to use Center Termite because they were scientifically sound and provided outstanding customer service. I had an architect friend of mine look at their estimate and he felt that their documentation was excellent. They responded promptly to a few questions that I had and answered them thoroughly.

The technicians were amazing: competent, professional, courteous, and reliable. They came when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and cleaned up well.

They treated both my house and garage, with a 3-year guarantee. I have already referred Center Termite to several other people who have since used them. I would definitely use them again.
