I had two large rugs cleaned by Area Rug Cleaning Co. They got back to me quickly after I contacted them and were able to take in my rugs soon after. The day they brought the rugs back they had to move things around in their schedule to accommodate me. I had asked them to deliver the rugs early and we had bad weather the night before. It was quite a production for the delivery person to bring the rugs up our driveway which was covered in a sheet of ice, but he did it without any complaints.
