Customer Beware!! I bought a heater from them 1 year ago and have had two problems with it. First was a water leak that has rusted through the top and bottom level of the heater. The technician told me the leak was due their own faulty installation, and it was the company who installed it. Second, the fan motor went out and took them 4 days to fix. My house was 60 degrees for those 4 days. I asked that they replace the entire heater unit due to these major issues and the owner refused. This is only one year old heater.
