Our carpet is about 6 or 7 years old. Brian and Brendan from Magna-Dry came out and shampooed it. We are really pleased. I was hoping the pathway would be a bit cleaner, but I think it's just worn out and they did all they could. I was impressed that they vacuumed and did the edges of the carpet too. I also liked that they raked it afterward to make it look nice. I feel like I got some new carpet.
