I am now spending another $500 to have someone fix their work- correct HDMI wiring so I can hear the outdoor speaker, Blue Ray, and balanced speakers. Oh, and the remote control was junk.
If they only responded to our multiple requests to fix it wouldn't have been so aggrevating.
