Fixing a persistent problem i couldn't fix
My wires kept coming loose from my amp and no matter how many times I tried to fix it I couldn't get it to stay.
It had been over a year so SOTS was under no obligation to fix it for free, but they honor the quality of their work and fixed it with a different arrangement of the amp so that it wouldn't come loose again. Part of the problem was with the amp itself which I had gotten used.
They do great work and I'm always satisfied and would definitely bring my next car back that needs a new system or something installed.
