We have used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past. Haines & Cross was by far the best. Our carpet had a lot of residue from past cleanings. They got it all out. The stairs looked better than ever. The servicemen were great. Eric even honored the Angie's List special even though we were a few days after the deadline. We will definitely use them again.
