On line schedule was a breeze. Good instructions for preparation. Called before and showed up on time! Very professional. Very good price. Carpets look good. Really like the process used. In the past I have had carpets cleaned by other methods, they get really dirty quickly after because of the soap residue. So far this process seems to be much better, no soapy residue, hoping they stay cleaner longer!
