Pleased with the service

Pleasant salesman - thanks for the service. Just wish the time window could have been more narrow, as when I called originally the appt was to be from 10:30-12:30, and you didn't come until the next window you gave me of 1:15-3:15, which made it more difficult to leave work. Pleased with the service though.
