I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. It is the first time I've used this method. It does require a little more work on the customer's part, since the cleaning leaves a lot of "carpet bunnies" that need to be vacuumed afterwards. There was no conflict about pricing. The guys were very professional and were done in a reasonable time.
