i am surprise how fast they can finish their job
the team ran a bit behind schedule which made me a bit unhappy.
however, as soon as they got to my house, they got to work right away.
they moved the furniture as long as there are no stuff laying on top and spent time and tried hard to get rid of the stains on the carpet.
i like their professionalism and how knowledgeable the lead person is.
also no hard sell, no extra charge.
the technique they used is different from the traditional steam cleaning. the carpet dried very fast (within 3 hours) and it looked very clean.
