I was pleased with Four Seasons. I had signed up with them to have a furnace check-up, and I didn't call them right at first. Then, in the meantime, we started hearing popping noises, so I thought we needed to have them out. While doing the inspection, it turned out that, and I understood it at the time but I don't really know now, there was some little buildup that could cause a mini explosion.

Of course we were concerned about the fire. Every time the furnace came on there was a big thud, and our little dog was starting to get paranoid. So anyway, when we finally figured out what it was, I decided the furnace was old enough not to see any reason to try to put any more money into fixing it.

We opted to have a newer, more cost efficient furnace put in. Because we were so concerned about fire, Four Seasons worked their schedule around, got somebody out immediately, and got us fixed up. The installers were nice people, neat, and efficient, and the furnace has been working well. We're very pleased.
