Nathan Stork serviced our furnace on the day we called. He discovered a wasp nest had been built in the exhaust flue. Despite having to run to escape being stung, he cleaned out the flue, serviced the furnace and it was up and heating! He explained all that he had done in a follow-up phone call and in a written summary that he left at our home. Both were clear and concise. We were very pleased.
