The entire experience with Shades to You was wonderful. The sales woman who came out was prompt and gave us several options. The order came in on time and the installer was on time (actually, he was running ahead of schedule and called us to see if we would like him earlier). When he showed up, he introduced himself, and took off his shoes. He removed the old blinds and hauled them away for us too. I am very pleased with our new blinds!
