I smelled something burning and did not think I could get someone out as quickly as I did. Within hours a technician came out. I must admit that I was expecting the tech to tell me something needed repair/replacing and would cost $500... to my surprise, everything was okay and there was no charge. The fact that I had a maintenance contract was also in my favor. I will continue with 1st Class. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.
