DisasterPlus is very timely even when the task is very time consuming. Another company installed a washing machine that flooded my house and at a time when people are upset, their staff are really understanding which makes a lot of difference when your frustrated over a disaster in your house. They're friendly people and very easy to get along with. I have to have them in my house everyday for five or so days and they've been very pleasurable and professional and worked around us completely.
