Lucy is great. You havent lost a step with Dori departing although she did do remarkable work and Ill miss her.
Lucy's demeanor is professional and engaging and I was impressed she asked for help when necessary (Beth is awesome!) being new to the office equipment. Ego or incompetence would have kept me in the chair a lot longer. She put my interests first. I am in good hands!
