I filed chapter 13 over a year ago with a lawyer there (Chris) who got fired a few months into my case...then I was bounced around to a handful of lawyers until I finally ended up with Hank. He took my payment for my conversion from chapter 13 to chapter 7 in NOVEMBER 2012 and then promptly forgot to file the notion. It is now mid January 2013 and I had sent a message to him asking when I could expect my discharge letter...7 days went by with no answer so I had to resend it (this is commonplace with the firm) He responded and said that I would once again have to send more paperwork because they forgot to file the notion. I would never suggest this firm to anyone. I could have done my chapter 7 for $500 less anywhere and suggest that this firm be evaluated by the state.
