Phil, and Allegiant Property Inspection, inspected our entire house. He was very professional and very good. He was also a nice, polite guy. It was our first time using him, and we would definitely have him again. He was really good. I am also selling a house, and the buyers had another inspector over. He didn't even compare to Phil and Allegiant Property Inspection.
