Heirloom Rug Cleaning is a really good service. My wife found their ad somewhere, and I called them up. The guy brought me in, showed me the equipment and how it all works, and explained how the rug is cleaned. We had them take two rugs, a big area rug and a runner, and they did exactly what they said they would. The turnout is great and the rugs are clean.
