Quality service with excellent customer service.
Our home was flooded while we were on vacation. I had two Tibetan rugs that weren't in the flood waters, but there was mold all over the house, and I wanted them cleaned and sanitized.
The rugs came back beautiful. Heirloom picked them up and stored them for three months for us while our home was remodeled. Pickup and delivery were great, and everybody was polite. They have good customer service.
