I had no problems. Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a good job, and they were nice. I needed some rugs cleaned, so I went on the internet to find them. I live out in the country, so I called them, and they gave their prices over the phone. They didn't come to pick them up down this far, but I could drop them off ant pick them up anytime. It was very convenient, and they came out clean.
