Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning was awesome. I dropped my carpets off at their shop, and they explained the whole process and the care that they take to clean for animal stains. They cleaned one carpet three times and called to tell me that they couldn't get a few small stains out. I told them that this was expected because the carpet had been pretreated. The carpet came out looking the best it could have looked.
