Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning cleaned 13 handwoven carpets anywhere from 3 to 15 years old. They picked them up, cleaned them, delivered and installed them. There was one item I questioned and they took care of it. They have a video on their website of how they clean the carpets which was very impressive also.
