Brad from Team Handy was on time, very thorough. He suggested a way for me to get it done cheaper in the form of a list. He's drilled holes in a steel swingset frame to make it functional, pulling out a patio fence, breaking down a huge dog house to make it a new area for something else, getting rid of landscape timbers, he did some chaulking.
