In the aftermath of the Wilma Hurricane when I felt as I was in total shock and trying to cope alone, your friendly staff arrived with help, advice and so appropriately support, humor and a sense of calm. Each time I have either contacted your office or met with your colleagues and yourself, I have received immediate, courteous, professional help. It was a huge burden taken from my shoulders in the wake of that dreadful hurricane experience you were the light in the tunnel and I thank you for that as well as your insurance mediation success.
