I feel that from Don, Jordan and the support staff I was educated, handled tenderly even when I was "nerve wracked" (sp) This was a learning experience and yet handled w/ great professionalism by all at Hillis. My insurance co. treated me rotten and they would have gotten away w/it if it Hillis was not there to protect me. Ty ty ty!
