when went to go take knowledge test, i was told i did not need to make an appointment which is also not on the website to make one... i took my knowledge test that day and was told i passed and was very exicted. when i went to the DOL to get my permit i was told there was a fail test grade in there... when i went back to 911 thinking it was a mastake i was told that i in fact did fail and when i asked well then why did they circle pass? all i got was "i dont know" umm alright? you just work here? you shouldnt know that answer right? thanks for all the wasted gas.
