The drain in the kitchen sink had a big crack and hole in it. Jeff from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came in and understood what I was talking about when I explained it to him. My favorite thing was the set prices system, which was just beautiful. Also, Jeff was good at what he did, funny, and courteous. My cat even liked him! It didn't take him long to do it, and he pointed out how to save me money by taking the cabinet apart myself (easy). He helped me avoid charges and know in advance what I was getting into.
