First Place Management has been very good and very nice to me. If something happens around the house, they send someone right away. Sometimes, with my income, I can't turn in the rent on the 1st when it's due but they've been very nice about letting me turn it in a few days late with no late fee. Everyone in the office is really nice and very helpful and my landlord is wonderful.
