The ducts had not been cleaned in years; and that made the job very difficult. The guys did a great job in the face of a tough task. If there was a minor problem, it was the cleanup upstairs. The vents were in the ceiling of our addition to the house and quite a bit of dust and debris landed on the furniture and floor. Otherwise, it was a great job.
