The people were polite and professional. The work was done on a timely basis (except for missing one component which required a return). A minor cosmetic issue (ceiling cracked) was repaired effectively. We hope the other concern we had, "cutting holes in the roof" is a non-issue. So far, so good.

Of course the real test of how a product performs is over time, but this company and its people were pleasant, professional and did what they said they would, when they said they'd do it, and for the amount of cost estimated. Can't ask for much more than that.
