My mother was in another place prior to the Kensington, and it was a nightmare. They treated her horridly, neglected her, and did things like send her to the hospital with no ID.
The Kensington has taken very good care of her and really put my mind at ease. They are lovely people, they care, and they're very genuine. They know how to take care of elderly family members. The people who work there are great, the kitchen is great, and I have no problem recommending it to others.
